AUSTEMPERING AND MARQUENCHING

Our Milwaukee area commercial heat treat company added a new Salt to Salt Furnace Line. The new furnace will be used for austempering and marquenching castings, stampings and springs.

The furnace is designed for the repetitive process of salt-to-salt heat treating of distortion sensitive production components for the agriculture, appliance and automotive markets.

Working Dimensions:
12” Long X 24” Wide x 30” VerticalMax Load Weight of 350 Lbs. Gross

The new furnace includes automated pre and post wash stations and automated rush inhibitor station.

The furnace is certified to AMS 2750 Rev E Pyrometry to austenizing temperatures of 1400F – 1650F and quenching temperatures of 350F – 750F.
