ThermTech is a family company, so we treat employees and our local community as part of our extended family. We are involved in charitable causes, children’s team sports and many other activities and services that keeps our family of professionals together.

ThermTech strives to provide our community’s youth with an opportunity to get hands-on experience in the manufacturing industry and learn what a career in the trades could look like for them. We accomplish this through attending and donating to various community and school events, GPS Education Partners, WI Youth Apprenticeship Program, Junior Achievement of WI, & Waukesha MADE. The youth that come through ThermTech gain crucial career path and life skills through our dedication to providing hands-on experience, support, and knowledge for the next generation.
