  • I.E. 2 skids, 4 card-board boxes, 3 metal pans, etc.

ROUGH WEIGHT OF YOUR PRODUCT

  • I.E. 1000 lbs skids, 5 lbs in a card-board box, etc.

YOUR NAME AND YOUR COMPANY’S NAME

  • I.E. Bob in shipping at the Capitol Drive Harley-Davidson plant. Door# 20.

PICK-UP REQUEST TIME

  • I.E. Ready now, Please pick-up after lunch, Please come as late as possible, etc.
