I have been a Thermtech employee for over 18 years. Recently I have found myself in a difficult position, that could have cost me everything, including my job. I have worked at ThermTech for 12 years and I have to say this is the best company that I have ever worked for. The reason being because of how you are treated as a person and not just an employee. So that makes me want to give my best every single day as far as performance goes to getting out the product.

I have just celebrated my 6-year anniversary working for ThermTech. When I first started, I barely knew anything about the heat treatment industry, but since my first day I have received the encouragement and the necessary training I needed to perform my job and to understand a little more about the heat treatment industry.
